Ever notice that when it's really windy outside your house, the water in your toilet kind of moves around with the gusts?
Why does this happen? Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?

My guess is your venting tube (all house have them) is having high and low pressure go over it due to the wind. That is making the water level move up and down which makes the water move.

Phew! That makes sense...I was becoming convinced it was the Wind Gods haunting me for cowering inside when there's Easterlies to do battle with. Now I don't feel like such a puss!
