Share a house on OBX Apr 17-25?

I am going to the Outer Banks for a week (April 17 to 25) of intensive instruction starting with the Zero to Hero program at Real Kiteboarding.

I have a cheap flight ($235) and a car for $20/day, but now I'm looking for a place to stay. That week there are plenty of condos to rent for $500/week but they are typically 3 or 4 bedroom houses.

Anybody considering going at that time that would consider sharing a condo? Wind stats are really good that time of year, flat water kiting on the Sound side and waves on the outside, probably 70 degree air temps, surfing and other options for non wind days.
