and even a pretty funny post given from back in the day about the whole "gorge -vs- city folk debate" as if anything could be dumber. Funny thing is, the post was dated 2005.

If these people thought that the gorge was crowded and were foaming at the mouth in 05, I'm surprised they haven't gone postal by now. At any rate, nice to see the community acting like a community these days instead of having to deal with a bunch of locals only BS.

Speaking of old schizzle I have a vintage 1999 8.5 pound Reel Bar and 2-line 11m Wipika in mint condition.....front disk brake and all that is quite the ride if anyone wants to "experience" the good ol' days when clutching out your lines was the future of self-launching. Twisted Evil

Does anyone have a vid or photo's of Hood Kiting before 4-line C's???? I heard it was a few crazy guys (Rod Parmenter etc) and total carnage. Any old windsurfers/ kiter converts know the story or have pics????
