I've got a that kite and although it's a GREAT kite, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a beginner.
However--if that's what you've got then use it! It's more like a C kite with a little less depower than a bow kite--
It likes to fly in the upper range -- (really windy), but it is a super fun kite. If it's in good shape, hopefully
you saved yourself a grip of dough! Welcome aboard Mate! |

You will get a lot of advice on a lot of kites. I suggest this one, it is what I learned on and very forgiving for beginners:

If you need a bar I'll just give it to you (On the condition that you take a lesson or two). These really ARE worth the money and will make you have a much better--and safer experience. |

| Thanks. I'll look into that kite. I took my lessons in HR on a LF Session 9M, and I felt like the kite was a good size. |
