Older Noob in Oregon City is looking to get together with other noobs who want to muscle through winter weather and get a head start on all the beginner techniques to get experience flying full traction kites on the beach and in shallow water, perhaps up to body-dragging as a prelude to taking spring lessons. To any experienced kiter that hasn't migrated to the tropics for the winter and might like to oversee things and lend their expertice...we could use your guidance.
So people, whadda ya say?

Just my opinion but it helped me, you'll get a lot of technique points to add to your style points by picking up a mountain board around 200$ and using it on the beach. Long Beach WA is an excellent place for this good wind and lots of rides, hitchhike the beach lots of rides. I would go just to go but right now i am working 60 hours a week and still working on making my snow pass a value. Good Luck |
