That is the Zig Zag glacier, with all this high pressure it was nuking up there. After see photos of Aaron and Ken getting sessions up there I always wanted to get some action on Mt Hood. Wind was gust NW 15-30kts with consolidated boilerplate, so my session was short and sweet about 1 1/2 hours. Quite an experience on the big MTN thing, tacking straight up the mtn at 20 mph, coming down wasn't so pretty, nice and easy. If the wind wasn't so strong and the snow corned up more it would have been way safer. Looking to hit it again on our way over to Bend, see you guys up on Bald Butte this weekend.

Hahaha...so siiiick! I was wondering if anyone was gonna try and get a clean look at that wind. Nice work.

Nice! Good thing the sun was out. That ice was brutal in the shaded areas!
