Anyone going to the sandbar today?

Was just outside (bingen-can see the river from my window) and it looks like the wind is coming up. Just checked ikitesurf and the steady seems to be 9, with 20mph gusts. The outside temp is a bit balmy. Maybe sketch or could be good...tempting.

Decided to go to portland. Drove over hood river bridge and it didn't look like enough wind.

Just got back from a sunny day at the mountain. Saw three kites out. Wished I would have had my gear.
