It takes practice to jump for the camera.....I got a few close calls this summer. Stringer in particular came to close and i got a nice wall of water over the top of the camera before nearly taking my head off.

seriously, use the search on this forum...there have been some intense photog threads that are way beyond me.

Getting your talent to stay close is a way bigger challenge than avoiding getting hit.
