Great time to be a Beavers fan or student. I hope they take it all the way.
I am very proud of my daughter for playing in the marching band. The whole
band went to Tuscon and they ROCK! They even went to play for the Volleyball
team and also support many other sports and activities on and off Campus.
They are a big part of sports at OSU. Check them out and buy their CD.

I'm not a huge football fan but I did graduate from state. Worst football game I have ever watched. Freaking painful!!! hello? defense? how many runs over 30 yards did they have? like 20?
I remember one statistic form the game that the ducks average yardage per play was 11 yards.

Worst football game? Seemed pretty good to me. Oregon Offense just showed up and outplayed the beavs.
Think the worst game award would go to the "Toilet Bowl" from "83 where they tied 0-0.

Great job Ducks! This is coming from an alum, but I actually had mixed feelings about this game. . . Probably 1/1000 I pull for the Ducks vs Beavs, but the Beaver's loss hurts the Pac-10 overall and Oregon as a state. Yeah, the Ducks get to be in a better bowl for the win and are/have gotten great rankings from the polls and it feels great to beat the Beavers in their own stadium, I mean field, but like I said already, Pac-10 gets screwed.
I just hope, somehow, Neweasel and his UCLA team can pull off an upset and send OSU to the Rose bowl. But once again, this scenario would hurt the Pac 10 overall by knocking out USC of a BCS bowl. Not that I care for USC, I just want the Pac 10 to be represented well nationally.
Hats off to the Beavers for a out of the blue styling performance this year, and for the Ducks, well, keep it coming and please stay green and yellow, none of that black uniform BS.
