Looks like we have an opening at our project in Anacortes, Washington so I thought I'd let the kite community know first.
Here's the basics, and yes, the skills and experience levels are required unless noted otherwise.
- Proficient with Primavera P3 and/or P6 (maybe take MS Project experience but you'd have to convince me you know what you're doing)
- 3+ years with project scheduling experience
- Proficient with excel and word
- 2+ years experience with cost control / project controls
- 5+ years construction or project management related experience (residential home building doesn't count)
- 2 years refinery or power plant project/maintenance experience, capital projects experience preferred
- SAP knowledge is a plus but not required
- Access knowledge is a plus but not required
- construction estimating / change order is a plus but not required.
The project is at Shell Oil in Anacortes, working 4 10's, pay rate is $45 to $55 / hour depending on skill level, plus $350 / week subsistence. Paid holidays, 100% employee medical, two weeks vaca, one week sick time, 401k.
Company retreats and workshops tend to happen in kiting destinations.
