Robby Naish, Andre Phillip and Ruben Lenten all have in common?
They are all in the latest issue of IKSURFMAG. Issue 11 is online now!
http://www.iksurfmag.com/issue_11_oct_nov_2008/issue_11.php
Robby talks about running one of the biggest kite businesses in the industry.
Andre talks about style and how he feels about kitesurfing right now.
Ruben talks about how he made a path for himself, without following the pro tour.
The latest issue is packed with insane photography, amazing videos and loads more too. See Sebastien Cattelan break the 50knot barrier, then watch Alex Caizergues follow him down the strip and take the record. Read about the history of speed kiting and how the 50knot barrier was broken after 20 years of trying.
Christian and Karine have over 20 pages of technique with step-by-step guides and videos, and we put more 2009 equipment through the testing mill.
That’s not all; check out the magazine to see what else we have in store!
Many thanks for supporting the magazine
The IKSURFMAG Team

Hi Trailboss,
Sorry, why not cool? We ran 50 editions of the AC DC Ride t-shirt and everyone loved them. The Nirvana ones have nearly sold out already.
We only print 50 of them and the cost of getting them made and distributed is just about covered by the cost of the t-shirt.
The idea behind the rock series t-shirts is that they are just that, inspired by designs that have gone before.
There are quite literally hundreds of Nirvana t-shirts on the web that you can buy for a few bucks. All our t-shirts are made from organic cotton sourced from farmers who get paid a fair deal and printed using environmentally friendly inks. Unlike a lot of the imitation t's out there that are made by slave kids in china.
The idea is that the designs are limited editions. It is an homage to a great design, certainly not a way of making shed loads of cash from something...
Peace

Hi Next Element, Maybe I'm off base, and at any rate I suppose it's not that big a deal.....but it just rubs me the wrong way. I mean if the proceeds were going to charity or something, but still. It doesn't strike me as an homage to great design, it strikes me as rip off of design to try to attach your name to it. Or maybe like iksurfmag and Kurt were down back in the day ? I mean I'm a Nirvana fan and I like kiting, and I like your magazine, but just because I think your mag is cool doesn't mean that it's cool for you to use Kurt Cobain's likeness in an ad. Some people think Exxon is cool, would it be cool for them to use Kurt Cobain in their ads ? In the United States, the estates of dead celebrities are allowed to control the use of their images. This is not neccesarily the case in England. But are the designs you are using and the photos you are using licensed ? blah blah blah anyway the magazine is cool.
