While driving through Celilo today, we noticed a mangled semi truck perched on top of a cliff on the Washington side and a shiny new length of guardrail up top. I heard that the driver had a heart attack or something and that it happened a few weeks ago. Does anybody have any more information about this? Pics (mike)?
