Bummer dude. At least you know you have the cajones to commit. I made the call to go back to bed. Just didn't look like enough was happening in the morning.

Better yet, check the wind itself and get familiar with the signs
But NWkite is the next best thing.

We got out there ~9:30 and it looked doable, but pretty shitty. Decided to pack the 11s and hike up to the "ponds". Solid 11m for about 15 mins, then someone hit the on switch and it went to what would have been super-booster 9m. Ken and I grabbed our bags and headed back west where it was a little more inconsistent, but lighter (unhookable 11 at times). All in all, better than nothing, but still gay!

looks like its turning back on. Scamania is 16 with gusts to 24. Not sure how long it will hold out. If someone needs a fix you better hurry.

word. I did check the wind, but with too much optimism in my heart.

Looks westerly for Wednesday:
Wednesday:
Quick shift to westerly flow by early AM it looks like at this point. Central Gorge sites may be able to capitalize on a few hours of low 20s as the marine air pushes into Swell / Hatch Corridor. Eastern Gorge sites see potential mid to upper teen mid to late PM westerlies as well. Light offshore wind along the coast in the 8-12 range may switch to SW'erly PM sea breezes into the 12-16 range. SW swell 7 feet.
