Dawn Patrol Tues?

Think conditions will be good again? It looks good to me. I haven't done a dawn patrol at RR since last the spring. I think I'll try for tomorrow, maybe get there at 7ish. Inspired by the other posts.

FUCK... Forecast is kind of shitty now.

East winds moderate on TUE.

Models this afternoon keep their easterly slant in place thru the AM hours on TUE. But the upper level ridge is starting to drift eastward and we may have a little marine air sneak into the Willamette Valley gaps early on which will likely reduce gradient & speeds at Rooster / Stevenson. OR Coast flow shifting SW'erly overnight is a good sign of the cooler, slightly wetter onshore turn we're expecting just around the corner late WED...

Western Gorge: East wind drops to 14-18 range Rooster Rock to Home Valley w/ stronger gusts for brief periods during the mid / late AM hours at Stevenson. Winds drift back into low teens by dusk.

We'll be out there a bit earlier than today if it looks decent. Still want a tad bit more than today for some psycho 7m.

Still a decent chance. They often underrate RR. Just check wind in morning before heading out. BV around 7am probably the call if it looks decent.

Hmm...I dunno. Looks like it could be possible, but not looking so hot right now. Gradient's decreasing too it seems like.

News now says there are showers sneaking up the cascades. Might even get a sprinkel in portland. Crying or Very sad
