April 23rd, 2006 National Kite Month Fun Fly at Sunset Beach, Warrenton, Oregon. Noon till Dark. Low tide 0.4ft at 4 PM We are hoping for WIND !!! Phil will be there with the ''Blue Room'' some banners, kites, streamers, and the 20 x 30 American Flag. All Are Welcome. One Line kites, Two Line kites, Wind Mills, Spinners, Quadline kites, Kite Boards, Mountain Boards, Buggies, Sand Sailors, and anything else you might have to play with on the beach and in the wind.....
