Westerlies are back for a couple of days. Kinda chilly, but looks good.

Heading down with the 09 LF and SS kites for a quick session at the Sandbar this morning (Thurs) before heading into the shop.

I'll be the one in the tiny yellow car if anyone wants to catch me to try out any of the new kites.

I'm packing up right now and heading down as soon as it fills in a bit. It would be great to try your kites! Shooting for about 9:30ish

Okay, well...... that was nucking futs.....
Went down around 9:30, looked a bit gusty in the 8-10m2 range. Only about 3-4 of us getting ready. No potential demo-ers, so I pumped up the 10 for myself (210lbs) headed out on my twin up to the bridge and found some of the angriest wind all season. Huge gusts and wind shifts with funky, big swell. Okay fun for a while, til it picked up even more on the far side, then went to stupid windy conditions.

Tucked my tail between my legs and went back down to the sandbar for some more tame kiting, but eventually had to come in to get back into the shop.

Anyways, I'll try again for some other demo opp's. Today was way too windy for us to trust handing out kites to people we did not know.
LF and SS are both on board for a full on demo if we can get the right wind predictions.

took the 10 out as well, only 150 myself though, just got out. pretty juiced, fully de-powered. gusty to say the least. had fun boosting tho!
Demo on sat. looks good then!

Just got in. Super sweet session on 7m with surfboard, mostly perfect power sometimes alittle over powered in the gust, at and above the bridge but the are very friendly today. Sweet waves some nice long swells and tons of sweet sweet kickers, the big air is to be had every where out there. Well, I'm pooped and it off to bed for me. Heard it might be good tomorrow too.

Ditto that. Great day. Punchy as hell but vangondc is correct....the swell was OUTSTANDING.

I didn't get on until 5 pm but was out until 7:30 or so and it was still coming strong due to an incoming squall. I don't like the look of the clouds but I did wish I had some glow sticks with me.

Tomorrow afternoon is looking great to start the weekend off right.....Pepi are you or Nate heading back down???
