Got a nice few hours in at the SS today with Tom. First hour was really cranking on the 9m and then about another hour or so on the 12. One of the best day's so far this year. Thanks to Janet for some sweet shots.

It was so windy today, you didn't even need a board :) |

Thx Jim for the encouragement. I thought we were going to get nuked but it turned out amazingly good...
BTW - Big kudos to Janet. In the cold wind she launches us, untangles lines, facilitates board changes, takes pictures then lands the kites just so we can hoot and holler at each other like kite monkeys on the water.

Thanks for the comments Phil, your check is in the mail We just got our new camera on Thursday, so Janet was having fun with the burst mode. She got serveral nice sequences, like the backroll, of course I have selectively not posted the last part of that sequence where I over-rotated and crashed hard
I must also second Tom, Janet was awesome yesterday, I know I wouldn't want to sit in the rain and wind watching other people have fun and taking pictures.

Cool... What program did you use to compile the sequence shots?

I used Adobe Photoshop elements. Someone on here suggested I buy it and it was a great idea.
I created those pictures using layering. So I took the first picture and used it as the background, then I took all the sequence pictures, and cropped them down to what I needed and layered each one on top. When you create a layer you can move that layer wherever and erase portikons of the photo, so I lined it up where it needed, then erased anything that didnt fit or overlap for the picture. This works great as long as your subject isn't right on top of himself in the pictures, like it didn't work well when I tried to do that for a backroll.
