Anyone have web site or travel agency that specialize in knowing good places to go for kiting? We are trying to plan a vacation for this winter and it would be nice to know if there are sites that already know the good kite destinations (like Caribbean, Mexico, S. America, etc).

I'm going to Peru this winter, not for kiting, but it's rumored to be epic if you can haul all the stuff down there.

Vela Windsurf Resorts . 1-800-223-5443 . info@velawindsurf.com, they are in Hood River and have Kiting even though the web site is mostly about windsurfing. I know at least two of the people there are kiters.
