It actually stayed strong until sunset. I was out with the sun down and the moon glowing brightly, pretty cool.

I gave it up for dead when it backed off and went cross-offshore about 7-ish. Nice to know that it came back up.

On Sauvie it works like this: when I have my kite up the wind goes down. When I drop my kite and especially when I need to untangle my lines for relaunch, the wind is up. When I pack for a day, then its a time the wind really picks up. Go figure. Evil or Very Mad
