WHERE: "The Ruins" at Springhouse Cellar. At the very end of Cascade where the train comes in, there is an enclosed courtyard at the very far end of the parking lot. Enter through the Springhouse Cellar tasting room. Although it's in downtown Hood River, you'll feel like you're in ancient Rome.

And that is why you'll want to wear a toga.
