East Side visiting PDX

Hey all,
I am here visiting some family in Portland and looking to get out. I got skunked on Saturday after driving out to Hood River but am optimistic about the coming week.
Is there any public transportation from Portland out to Hood River?
I have limited access to a vehicle and just brought my 12m but want to get out and ride desperately. Any advice any ride shares?

I am not from Portland, but I do not know of any public transportation from Portland to Hood River.

There is some kind of ride share thread on this forum. If you look for it, you might find someone heading out your way.

And as far as your single kite goes, you could easily get a 12m day as it's been shitty lately, or it could go totally off (9 to 7m).
