What is it looking like for this weekend?

How is the coast looking to be this weekend? I think its about time to get on the water! Are you guys just wearing full suits out there? How has the temp been?

The coast isn't looking too good. Got some more south wind and storms heading in. We're all in 4/3 full, some with booties some without. Yesterday was sick at florence but it looks as though it might be a while before we get another one.

yo Shay, my dad just called and won't be able to check out that boat for you. He got called into work and is down in Jamaica for the next week. Sorry man, he was totally stoked to do it and was planning on it until this morning. How is the hunt going for other rigs?

Pretty sure the central and southern coast is a bit warmer than up north if that's what's you're looking for. We're just fine with 4/3's down here, and I was actually out last November (temp doesn't change that much) in a full 3/2 without a problem. Back then, luckily I wasn't in the water too much, or there might have been issues..? Keeping my fingers crossed for this weekend!

4/3 is the call minumum I would say. I don't wear boots or gloves though and wear a 4/3 all year weather/wind permitting. The coast looks to be south, nothing to fear though unless they're calling for 35 gusts or gails.

I realize that this is probably waaaaay too early to be looking ahead, but if it stays like this, Saturday could be decent even on the central coast... :praying:
