We did a downwinder from Viento today and I found a yellow board with black and yellow caution footstraps on it. Although I was too far upwind to carry it all the way to the Sandbar, I pushed it up higher on the rock pile so the higher level water would not sweep it away again. It is located on the Oregon side between Viento and Swell city just past the Indian fishing tarp houses that are built on the banks. There is one iscolated rock pile that is just about 100 ft of the bank and it is setting on top of that rock pile. Unless a fisherman sees it, she should still be there for you tomorrow.
