I bet those people would have liked to have one of these. I lost a new $600 board last fall. I still do not have a GoJoe, but not because they are "gay". My objection is that it is another accessory. I do not like extra equipment bolted on me, my gear or my car. If you put yourself in a situation where you could lose a valuable board, I think using GoJoe is a smart idea. I am just too caught up in my ways to bother. My hats off to those that do use them.
