You can actually squirt it in your eye and it wont hurt although I am not recommending doing that. Is the parking lot N of the road off limits now? or was the ticket for someone who was parked on the RR road going down the hill? Is there a way to get you and your gear under the bridge and back over to the sandbar? If so, where do you park?
