I am looking at buying these for my board. The reason I am buying is that my current straps will not go tight enough for my foot.

Will the NSI clamp down really small...my foot is 8.5 so it isn't that small but I want to be sure they have lots of adjustability.

My second question is about which straps...They have the Proton strap and the ratchet strap. Any advice on which is better?

I was going to get the ultra cushy double oreo pads. Let me know if there are issues with them.

Thanks for the help

Mark

You might want to check out the Dakine X-Lace Straps too. They are very easy to adjust and are super comfortable.

My girlfriend has small feet and can get them snug. I got size 10.5 and I can crank them down to the point my feet go numb.

There really nice cause PKH's big feet and my little feet (8.5 women) can use the same board perfectly. I have used both the protons and the ratchets and I would say they are pretty equal. They are both nice, I like the ratchets a bit better since I can usually adjust them on water really quick but the protons are easy to.

As for durability I have had my NSI pads and straps for about 3 yrs and still love them. I haven't tried the oreo ones but they look super cushy Very Happy
