You have three options. Un-install and re-install IE. Install Firefox and use that when IE gets finicky. Just wait, eventually a hotfix from windows update will fix the problem. That's what I think is happening too. BUt I feel like there must be some sneaky way to download it, its just a jpeg, and the security isn't that tight here. The applet just updates automatically, but I wouldn't mind just seeing the still image. Any interenet nerds know?
