OFFSHORE FLOW PRODUCING SOME GUSTS IN THE TWENTIES TO AROUND 30 NEAR THE COASTAL GAPS AND THROUGH THE COLUMBIA GORGE THIS MORNING BUT THAT IS PEAKING NOW WITH CLEAR SKIES AS THE UPPER LEVEL RIDGE AXIS IS INLAND OVER THE INTERIOR VALLEY.
