Montana Snowkite Roundup a success

Thanks to everyone who made this year's roundup a success! Thanks to Dan's donation of his 16 meter fuel and the everyone who participated in the raffle, we raised over $1100 towards our weather station! The party was epic, and at one point there were 25 kites in the air. Special thanks to Chris and Claudia Nygard from Kitegirl and PASA, and Brian and Heather Schenck from Ozone as well as the members of the Montana Crew for teaching saturday. Everyone in the free kite clinics had a great time and we managed to recruit some new kite Junkies! Thanks Joel for working your butt off even though you were sick. Thanks to the 2 Jens, Dan, and Mary and the rest of the Lodge crew for making the event a fun party and Darren for providing pumping tunes on the lake for the kiters. Now that I have slept off the hangover from Saturday night, I will post some pics in the Gallery!

Thanks for the update. Looks like it was a lot of fun, and you guys definately have an awesome place to ride! It'd be sweet to get over there sometime to check things out in person. Thumb's Up
