| My wife and I are heading down to Mazatlan in May for our anniversary and I was wondering if anyone had kited there. I frequent Las Barriles and I know it isn't windy in May there but I'm hoping to get lucky! Anyone ever tried it in May??

I couldn't find any evidence of kiteboarding in mazatlan, and frankly am confused about your' choice of vacation spots  This looks like fun though:

| go on kiteforum, i seem to remember quite a bit posted about that area but for some reason i think the kite spots are about a half hour north..
