Thinking of getting this harness (' 07). Can anyone tell me how they are size-wise? I thought I heard they run small. I wear a 30 in most things, should I get a 32?

| Its not really that they run small, its just that if you plan on wearing a wetsuit at all you should get a size bigger. |

As Kodiak mentioned I bought my shorts in the fall and matched them to my size, well over the winter had a few too many beers and gained a bit of weight plus didnt acount for new wet suit that was a tad thicker than my last. This resulted in a pretty tight fit that required the need to skootch them on. Took quite a bit of summer to thin out enough.
Just be sure to think about wetsuit etc.
