| I live in North Portland. Where is a good place to practice with a trainer kite tomorrow. Do you think Sauvie Island will have any wind tomorrow?

| So just pull over close to the Airport on Marine Drive or is there a particular parking lot called the Airport spot?

It's by the airport, but on the real western end of it. There's a pretty decent size gravel parking lot on the south side of Marine Drive, so all you gotta do is run across the road, up over the little hill, and you're on the beach.
I drew on a Google Earth map real quick so you can see exactly where it is...
