That looks like fun... I think they need a dock.
And I actually don't think I like kiting enough to have to deal with that all the time! |

You don't know how nice it is until you've been there. The best part is how your wetsuit smells a few days later . I once saw a windsurfer walking his rig in from over half a mile out through shallow water/mud. My friend and I were having a blast for like 40 minutes just ripping up the shallow water while he was walking his rig through it because his big fin was catching on the mud. We finally decided to go in, landed at the upwind point, packed up our gear, and still got back to our cars which were at the downwind launch before he even made it back to land. Another reason to switch to kiteboarding I guess.
Seriously, though it's only that bad at low tide and then you can launch and land at the upwind point which sticks out more and is closer to the water. Besides they're enjoying a 20 minute drive from work for 20-25mph winds from March into October. |

| being from utah there is one lake that is the sweetest for riding in the spring. nice flat water good wind. but nearing summer conditions of dry hot weather it dries up and becomes a muddy bog of a playground much like that. it is known as rush "lake" or as i call it "poo lake" |
