4m to 10m sounds like a bit of a big gap. you might enjoy a 7m (like yesterday).
chance of showers can be a bad sign. but overall should be some fun times.
my name is pete and i'm sure i'll bump into you at some point. i fly waroos and usually bring a scruff little black dog. john is the guy with waroos, the white truck, and a boxer (you've probably met him already)
watch out for regi - he doesn't like it when someone steps on his kite lines. _________________ If you feel sleepy you need to be driving faster. |

one thing - when you are outbound swivel your head to the right and look for kiters who may be going down the line on a wave (or setting up to do so). it's not a maritme law but it is a nice courtesy to yield to the upwind kiter in this situation, even if it means doing a quick zig-zag near the beach. of course if you forget now and again it's no big crime, just try and be aware people kite there because of the waves and a little extra courtesy keeps the good times rolling.
other then that you will figure it out pretty easily ... have fun and see you out there. i like to hit it between 3-6 PM when the wind seems to stabilize, but i don't get out there all that often _________________ If you feel sleepy you need to be driving faster. |

Regi will be there both days depending on the wind. I'll be there Sunday at 1pm. Blowhard lives under the jetty and is always there. See you on the water! |

Ansarha ,
You must be that old dude tearing it up on that old 4 meter yesterday.
Man that long grey hair flapin in the wind during those power yanks looked inspiring. Keep it up you will get it eventually. Its tough to stay up wind sometimes.
After breaking a steering line in the surf I wish I was on the 4m.
The whales are movin' I saw three verticle breeches yesterday national geographic style with the big slap back to the water. Lots of spouts and backs seen as well. |

it was good in PC on Friday... whales were out... I had no idea they would be there this late in the year. Pretty cool, our swell was down pretty low during low tide, made for pretty gentle breaks, but as the tide came in, the breaks were everywhere in all directions...
seeing the big whales was really cool though. |
