I know, but I'm not so sure it's a good thing. The river never got below 41f this winter, 37 is the warmest cold temp I've ever seen before this. This is not good news when it comes to the river weeds we contend with. 34f is a good temp to really knock them back, 37 is mildly bad... I've already been dodging weed piles, and it's only May. Below Bonneville I've already been pulling up huge piles of weeds with my anchor, something that usually doesn't happen until July or August. Last year was the worst year I've seen for weeds, this year is going to worse I think.  |
