Hey everyone!
I'm traveling down the coast and thinking of checking out Florence tomorrow avo (Saturday), then somewhere around Coos Bay on Sunday and Gold Beach Monday.
Any advice on where to launch from or suggestions on other spots? I've never kited anywhere around here so kinda just looking at the map and windy app so I'd be happy about any advice!
Would love to buddy up if anyone is heading out somewhere! I'm super flexible on where to go and if anyone wants a ride I've got one free seat plus space for gear!
Looks like further south might be windier?

| Amazing fall kiting at pistol river. It weakens a little today but that just means we have to ride a kite bigger than a six. west swell is in. Nobody around. All week will be windy. Glorious. Wind bubble is south of blanco this week mostly .all two of us will be out. we’ll get you oriented. Only wave kiting down here south of port Orford. Feel free to pm me for beta. |
