| I have a room at Casa Verde January 13-20. I was hoping to get down there but some other things came up that will not allow me to go. I am selling my time there for cost. If interested send me a pm. BTW this is the same time as the La Ventanna Classic. |

The owners won't allow you to cancel? I'd be surprised that this is the case with the high demand.
