So, similar situation as our brethren over at the White Salmon Launch, the higher water levels have greatly reduced our amount of launching beach areas.
The water levels are high enough now that the launch is very limited to only a few kiters at a time and requires that kites be cleared off the beach when not in launch mode, and for everyone to be on there toes in regards to launching and landing safety.
Spectators are always a concern and safety cannot be overlooked at all times.
Not sure about why or how long the higher water levels are going to be where they are at, but snow melt from up north in Canada land may be some of the cause.
Please share with others, have fun and be safe.

Maybe it’s time to talk about a Bingen!
The Wunderbar might be washing away for good, it was great while it lasted.

Heard from a reliable source that the pool was raised over the past few days due to construction in Home Valley. Some barges used in the project required a few extra feet to complete their task at the job site.
Sounds like they've completed the task ahead of schedule and river levels should begin falling again. Intel suggests there is not any additional water upstream of OR headed our way, levels drop quickly going forward into August.
