From our friends at the CGWA
May 27 2pm: A raft of logs has broken loose upstream of the Hood
River Bridge this morning, scattering large logs downstream. Some are
in bundles, some have broken loose from the bundles to float alone.
Some have eddied out, but sailors, kiters, and paddlers should use
extra caution and be on the lookout for floating lumber and warn
other river partners. With the strong current these logs may be in
the Stevenson/Home Valley corridor by this afternoon. Please be
careful! Thanks, Bart V, CGWA Exec Dir _________________ [b:13763ca0d3]The CGKA is your advocate for Kiteboarding in the Gorge! [i:13763ca0d3] Join now: [/i:13763ca0d3]GorgeKiter.com/join[/b:13763ca0d3] |
