There is kiting / windsurfing on Klamath Lake. It is a spring / mid summer foilers dream. I was told the wind kicks in about 3:00 and blows to 8:00. There is one launch on North lake at a County Park. The other launch in near the golf course in Klamath Falls on two property lots. These are advanced launches, not for beginners. You thread your kite around brushes and the area is two bigger house lots.
