Sunny and windy! Unfortunately, the water level has seemed to have risen above the cross beam on the jetty. Probably little to no beach iE drift launching from the stairs and rocks.

I would imagine the beach report at rooster is even worse than it was even a week ago. Anyone been out there. Tomorrow is looking like some good east wind

Current water level is about 7 feet higher than last week...
PDX should be rideable today, but probably hella crowded.

We got a pretty lit up Dalton Downwinders on Sunday on 7's! Team launching from the boat ramp at Dalton and team landing at the steps in RR. I would say advanced launching/landing techniques are required. The middle set of steps seemed to be the cleanest option.
The up side is that the pond upwind of RR beach is full and flat. The updraft you get from the island gives you a little extra boost too! I recommend coming in as upwind as you can. Lots of flotsam out there too.
