I've got a compstick question for you gurus out there.

Has anyone had success replacing their CSS Bungee and/or leader lines with amsteel, spectra, or Q-line?

I have had both break and am not seeing significant safety benefits to these being so weak. Especially for snow kiting.

Recommendations on what lines/sizes have worked would be appreciated.
