SI Airport!
503-543-6401 minute-to minute update. I was looking on ikite today and the ikite sensor was reading 0 and the SI airport was reading 8mph.
I still think the old rule of reading of 10mph or more at the SI airport are the way to go unless you have a buddy who is providing a onsite wind report.
Remember to CYA, that is Cover Your Ass, when giving those OS reports. Preface it with "it is CURRENTLY blowing right now". "There are kite/s up and white caps on the water; who knows what it will be like when you get here?" "And bring some cold beers!!!!!!!!"

The IkiteSurf sensor, aka Sauvie Light 13, is what I check and is very close to the kiting spot. You have to get a subscription to iKitesurf but well worth it in my mind if you kite frequently.
