For those of you scratching your heads, Bill was probably one of the chillest guys we met on our trip to Hatteras. From the way he completely dropped me on our speed runs across the slick, it doesn't surprise me he won this event either. Don't let that fool you though, he absolutely kills it all around and won the Velocity games in 06. I think there's a pretty good interview with him on ASNews and some footage of him in NC floating around out there somewhere...

No really Inept, I have never seen such tallent in my entire life well except for the Richman brothers (Shawn and Jessy) when they did thier little request a trick show at Stevenson, oh ya and when that kid..uh, uh, that Len10 kid was going sick at Stevenson and the coast last summer. Oh ya then thier was the surfer dude, I think his name is something like
Sky or something. Those guys are sick....thats the kind of sick Im talken bout Dog.

I will give you this, the gorge has some very tallented (hella sick) riders, but Wild Bill, the Richman Bro's, Sky, and Len10,
raise it.......to.....a......hole.....nother......level.

Im old, I suck, and I know it. But I can still talk sh#t out of my ass.

For sure Bill is tottaly sick. I have kited with him for the last 3 winter in FL, the guy allways lands everything , any mobes, 30 foot high double handle-pass/board off 360 combos(no handle bar), butt handle-passes. He can do pretty much anything from wake style to old-school to rails to waves with a ton of style and grace. He lands everything like a cat, on his feet and super smooth, and is by far one of the nicest guys ever with zero attitude and ego that most people of his caliber carry where ever they ride.

Billy is one of the worlds best riders, a really great guy off the water and someone that goes far and above the call of duty to help us intermediate riders be the best we can. He is responsible for more rescue missions of downed kiters and boards than I can count and he has absolutely ZERO ego.

He's nuts.. but in the best way.. Local rider Jayson Orkins and he do a number of dueling stunts which are mind blowing.. jumping each others kites.. etc..

on lightwind days they do 100ft tow ups on jetski's and kites.. paraglide.. then drop the uphaul bar and kiteloop to the surface.. sick sick sick sick!

All of us here in the Tampa / St. Pete area are lucky to have him at our beaches pretty much every day the wind is blowing and he is in town.

Here's a crappy video I put together of him last season battling a quickly moving front that drove us all off the water and covering our kites for safety..

Billy rigs a 9 and goes balls out.

The NWkite winter party is Saturday January 13th.
I hope to see the Video at that time myself. We will just have to wait and see what happens.
Im sure it will be pretty sick regardless of when we get to see it.
JK porduces some very professional footage, after all thats what hes into.
Im sure there will be a link to the video shortly after its unvailing.

I think the party would be a good time debut the video, maybe a teaser trailer before that. JK has promised to hold off till I can get my shit together, I am not the skilled editor that he is and I can't throw stuff together as fast so we will have to wait on me. Very Happy
