So, i got back from hood on Sunday. Got to enjoy those easterlies, kited the event center, stevenson and Rooster.
I have to say everyone is so friendly and helpful.
TJ from big winds for lending me a 5m to kite the 40 mph winds at rooster on Friday (i ended up buying a 3 kite quiver of 2015's from him).
The guys at Airtime for doing such a quick and inexpensive repair to my old kite and shipping it back out to me.
Spring at Kite the Gorge kite schools for taking my kite into air time from Rooster to get repaired.
Thanks for making it a great trip for me. |

I think you should change the title of this thread to "I love everything about the Gorge"
don't give Hood River all the credit...
