alright guys i know that this is short notice but here is what is up
so far it is me, Lauren, Topher, Jacob

we need 5 more people to fill a weekend reservation
tranportation, excellent food, lodging, and snowmobile/guide service is what is being provided
the price is $400 per person
they already have 2-3 ft of snow---should be a lot of fun
and these guys have been scoping things out a couple of seasons

the van will be leaving the hood at 5 AM Fri Dec 8 and returning sometime late sunday night. you gotta get yourself to the hood
PM me ASAP to get hooked up
here is the itenerary

FRI
Unpack at the lodge and have lunch: Lunch- Grilled sausages, pasta salad, hot drinks.

We spend the afternoon snowkiting in the flats and rolling hills. Many foil kites to try out. We would kite into the dusk on Friday and get back to the lodge in time for a hot tub and some beers.

Dinner: Dinner- Grilled chicken and shrimp burritos, cilantro lime black beans & rice, fresh salsa, the works!
Desert- Margaritas ole'.

I have the video Room rented out for a few hours. Premier a new snowkite flick and get you guys stoked for Saturday.
Stoke the fire and we are off to bed.

SATURDAY
Breakfast- Fresh made muffins, veggy quiche, coffee, juice.
AT 10:00 we take the Cargo Van and 2 snowmobiles and get you guys out of the flats and into the mountains. I have someone taking video for the morning. He will edit it for a showing that night.
Kite back to the lodge and have lunch Lunch- Grilled chicken avocado sandwich, chips & salsa, hot drinks.
More beer.
Attack a massive downwinder (7 miles) and run a shuttle for the afternoon.
Back for Hot tub by 6:00

Dinner: Dinner-" Ryan's famous sushi night" tuna, salmon, shrimp, and eel served in a variety of rolls, nigiri, sushimi, and poki. The night will be topped off with sake, and tempura bananas over ice cream with carmel sauce, for the final night's big celebration.

To the video room to view our morning session and laugh at how horrible we all are. Wine, more fireplace and a good nights rest.

SUNDAY
This is your day of departure.
Breakfast Breakfast- Omelets, potatoes o'brian, fresh made muffins, coffee, juice.
Today we head to triple overhead early. This is a cliff ban that runs about mile. I'd like to get you all comfortable dropping some cliffs. It varies in size from 5 feet to 25 feet. We will have lunch across the highway at the snowmobile park. We can build a fire and enjoy some: Lunch- Sandwich of your choice, hot soup, power bar, juice.
At this point in the weekend I'll take the "hood crew" or those who have progressed and are comfortable to Windy's lips or Spooner Knob. These areas are offer some amazing ridges and great views of Anderson Canyon. They is big mountain kiting at its finest. Be prepared to scare yourself.

Activities for non wind:
Soldier Mountain Ski area offers lift tickets for under 20$. They have a great terrain park and a lot of backcountry opportunities.
We can utilize the snowmobiles as well and play in the backcountry. Sun Valley Ski resort is an hour away and depending on the conditions could be worth a drive up. People that book this clinic need to be aware that I can not refund their money but will do my best to make it a great experience wind permitting or not.

Are there going to other trips? Sounds pretty sick, but too short of notice for me. Do you have a website?

Sorry everyone. I of all people want to get this guy going but I can't in good faith bring any of you up here until we get more snow. Look for more trips and events at Snowkite Soldier soon. With the right snow coverage, I can expand kiteable terrain to cover 100 + square miles verse the limited options we are now looking at.
