I have experience with the trainer kites and my goal with my first lesson is to get in the water and body drag. If anyone is free please call me at (503) 453-4118. But on a real note there are many great instructors I believe the best way to go is to chose one with a jet ski and get away from the congestion. Cascade must have at least 5 women on their instructor staff including Lindsay who is, like stated above, pretty nice and a great rider and instructor. She is not the only one there though and all of their staff ar pretty cool and great instructors.
