I always like to see innovation, and the new canopy cloth is one. How do you Cabrinha riders like your kites after a season or two (I think Cab was the first to switch over from the industry standard of years, Teijin (Japanese mega manufacturer)
Looks like Best switched, who else?
Funny comment on the beach after someone launched a Best kite, "It was so slippery I couldn't hold on to it," (I think that's probably a good thing flying wise!)
Curious about real world user feedback. How does it hold up over time? Does it lose that crispy feel and when? Does the performance degrade over time (Stretch)
What's your experience? And you need not name your manufacturer (no pimps or bashers!) Just curious whether its a good thing, not so good thing, or it doesn't seem to matter thing. _________________ Kite Repair? AND WINGS Call me.(509) six 37-four five 29 |

I believe LF is using the same cloth. Sure there are riders of them that should have some good input?? _________________ Take a breath; inhale |

I read on other forum that it has bad jagged edges when it rips, said to be hard to repair...
True?
I have no cabrinhas, but do have a Cloud said to come from the same pryde factory.
Does this affect my kite?
Is my kite slippery?
I don't know, it flies ok though....
EDIT: never mind, Dangler I think you have the fastest lap of the entire internet today! |
