Anyone know what's up with the Rooster cam? Is the water level there still high, and if so, how long is it likely to stay that way?

I had a bunch of great east wind sessions at Rooster last fall. The wind sensors at Rooster look pretty good today, but I hate to drive out there if there is no beach.

There is no beach right now. The only beach is on the island.

Bill is right there is no beach right now.

I recall someone saying the person that works on the cam is in baja till the end of the month or something like that. Once he returns he will get it fixed.

anyone know / remember what the water level has to be for there to be a little patch of launch? we used to look at this site, and if the water was below a certain point, there would be some dry ground...

My guess is with this being the 3rd wettest March ever - Rooster won't be an option until we are in the thick of our regular season in the summer unless you have a boat to get to the island.
