We have no Tetons, no Wasatch Mountains to play in, but we do have flat land and lakes that on occasion provide fast surfaces. Here is a short video of a 60mph session and given this is Slingshot country, a shout out to the new 2014 6m Rally.

Thanks for looking.

@salmonslayer….gps app on my galaxy S3. It's very accurate and I test it every session while driving, just to make sure.

Funny thing hough is it always feels faster.

Mendota, Monona, or somewhere else? Any specific park you launch from? I have a buddy in the area who would love to see this sometime.

Mendota, Monona, Waubesa, Kengosha, Koshkonong and the BIG lakes!

Ever since I moved back I've been pleasantly surprised how much riding I've gotten in!!!

Bob and the Mad Kiters have an awesome crew and scene back here!

Some winter pics>

Ice is just starting to thaw.....Bob's already been out twice in the river mouth Shocked

w/ over 24inches of ice, we've had an awesome season! Now we wait for the thaw and get ready for the fresh water waves on the BIG lakes.

Don't get me wrong, I sure do miss my homies/coast/gorge of the good ole' NW, but feeling good back home as well.

Kiteduck,

Jake pretty much nailed it. Our best lakes for training are Monona and Waubesa, then Mendota.

We'll start getting riders out in about a month once it starts to warm up a bit (OK…..a lot). Winter just doesn't want to let go.

Have your friend email me if they want to check out the scene.
